The 2BV2 and 2BV5 models are ideal for non-flammable, non-corrosive atmospheres, while the 2BV6 model is suitable for flammable and explosive gases and environments. These pumps operate using water as the working fluid, with stainless steel options available for corrosive or sanitary applications.

Ultimate Vacuum:

The ultimate vacuum level is influenced by the working temperature and the type of working fluid used. To prevent cavitation, ensure the suction pressure does not drop below 80 mbar. Higher temperatures require higher minimum suction pressures, affecting the pump's performance.

Maximum Exhaust Pressure:

Our 2BV2 pumps can handle a maximum exhaust pressure of 1200 mbar, while the 2BV5 and 2BV6 models can reach 1300 mbar, depending on the flow rate.

Pumped Gases:

Our vacuum pumps can handle gases or gas/vapor mixtures without solid particles. Some suspended matter or liquid is permissible. For hot gases or steam above 80°C, we recommend doubling the standard flow rate of the working fluid for optimal performance.
