The company has a number of new four -axis, five -axis CNC processing equipment and testing equipment and standardized production workshops. Important components of all products use CNC processing and strict 3D detection. Advanced processing, inspection equipment and mature product structures, and a comprehensive quality management system ensure that the product has high reliability.
The Tri-lobe Roots vacuum pump independently developed by the company is an upgraded product of the traditional Roots vacuum pump. Compared with the traditional double lobe vacuum pump, the new Tri-lobe roots vacuum pump has performance advantages such as high volume efficiency, low noise, stable operation, small vibration, small temperature rise and high reliability.
Since 2008, we have been developing constant pitch screw pump rotor design, and our products have been upgraded for many times. We found out three kinds of variable pitch screw pump rotor designs, and gained a lot of practical experience. We have DSP Series constant pitch screw vacuum pump and DVP series variable pitch screw vacuum pump (The 3rd generation design).
The sealing system of the above dry vacuum pump can choose a variety of sealing types such as mechanical seal, PTFE lip seal, and FKM oil seal to meet the customer′s different process requirements.
The dry vacuum pump and various dry vacuum units are suitable for dry gases, condensable gas, corrosive gases, gas liquid mixture, and special gas containing granular dust.
