Audited Supplier JZJTY type roots-liquid ring vacuum unit is a complete vacuum unit with ZJT type roots vacuum pump (or ZJTQ type roots vacuum pump with pre-admission cooling) as the main pump and 2BV type liquid ring vacuum pump as the backing pump. It can realize automatic start and stop, automatic overload and overheat protection of Roots and liquid ring vacuum pump through vacuum relay and electrical control system, and automatic control of various instruments and valves.
JZJTQY type Roots-liquid ring vacuum unit is especially suitable for pumping gases with high humidity and industrial processes containing more water vapor and certain corrosive and condensable gases, because liquid ring vacuum pump is used as the backing pump. And because the liquid ring vacuum pump can work for a long time in the pressure range from atmosphere to several kilopascals, the Roots liquid ring vacuum unit can be suitable for: vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration and crystallization of chemical products; drying of polyester slices and leather products in light textile industry, freeze drying in food industry and vacuum impregnation and vacuum drying of major parts in electric power industry.
The JZJTQY Roots vacuum unit consists of a combination of one or several Roots vacuum pumps and one liquid ring vacuum pump, with the following structure: the liquid ring vacuum pump is called the backing pump, the Roots vacuum pump directly connected to the pumped system is called the main pump, and the Roots vacuum pump connected to the backing pump and the main pump is called the intermediate pump.
Since the common type Roots vacuum pump can only be started at a certain permissible inlet pressure (certain vacuum level), a backing pump must be equipped at the outlet of the Roots vacuum pump as a backing pump. If the Roots vacuum pump is started too early, it may overload the pump and even destroy the motor or damage the pump, so the starting pressure of the Roots vacuum pump must be strictly controlled. Start the backing liquid ring vacuum pump first, and when the liquid ring vacuum pump pumps the system pressure to the starting pressure of the Roots vacuum pump, then start the intermediate Roots vacuum pump and the main pump Roots vacuum pump step by step.
If the pumping capacity of the backing liquid ring vacuum pump is not enough, the exhaust of the Roots vacuum pump will be poor and overheat and overload will occur.
Generally, the pumping speed ratio between Roots pump and liquid ring pump should not be more than 2.
